Creation of the onboarding layouts for PagBank's App
While I was on the team responsible for the app's onboarding, my role was to illustrate and communicate in a playful manner new features and user pain points identified through usability testing.
Monitoring user feedbacks
After monitoring user feedback in support channels, app stores, and usability testing, we realized that one of the main topics discussed was related to understanding the functionality of each PagBank card.
